"The end-to-end Customer Experience from Silverleaf Outdoor Lighting was fantastic. From being flexible and providing a remote quote via phone calls and pictures due to my Coven-19 concerns, to an on site verification to confirm final quote (which bye the way didn’t change - it was the same amount as the remote quote) once I had short listed contractors I wanted to talk further with he came onsite, the high quality of pump equipment and copper/brass materials, pride in workmanship was obvious, attention to aesthetics where no wires or unattractive pipes or wires were left sticking out was spot on, they offered great suggestions and options with no incremental price increases for every little detail, finally they did an immaculate clean up once the job was finished. Manny & team communicated constantly when needed, showed up exactly when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do. Manny also has certified electricians on his team, which is key for this kind of project to get all the work done with a single crew in a single day. Instead of me hiring an electrician to come on one day and guessing what needed to be done and then scheduling Manny & team for the misting system install, these guys did it all, running electric, water, installing the misting system and even moving a ceiling fan. They also programmed my cell phone for me to turn the system on/off. Truly above and beyond on so many levels. I could say I would highly recommend Silverleaf Outdoor Lighting, but instead I’d say I think you’d have to be crazy not to use this company."
